STANDARD REBUILD PROCEDURE
All valves will be rebuilt to ASME/API specifications and can be rebuilt with custom trim and modified body lining to meet special needs.
Items not covered by our procedure include but are not limited to, welding, part replacement, plug valve sealant and machining outside the scope of a standard rebuild.
All materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment and consumable supplies needed to perform rebuilds as per our Standard Rebuild Procedure are incorporated into the Standard Rebuild Price List. Exotic material and additional material required will be at cost plus 15 percent. All emergency rebuilds will be performed on a time and material basis per our 2006 Rate Schedule which includes our overhead and profit.

	STANDARD TEST PROCEDURE DVS, LLC.’s standard test procedure is outlined as follows: All valves are visually inspected for foreign material and obvious defects. Each valve is tested to customer specification for proper pressure and media Valves can be tested with water or nitrogen gas at different multiplications of Rated working pressure per ANSI/API standards All valves have an attached tag affixed showing DVS. LLC,s job order number.
